My vision brings ‘Personal’ into Training. Our lifestyles have changed over the years and have progressed to a much faster pace than we were used to. I help my clients to balance their work and personal lives.
I achieve these goals by creating personalized fitness workouts that involve:

I focus on each individual. I ascertain their goal, work out a fitness program and an eating plan.
Full health assessments are conducted with a report and explanatory notes as to what each measurement means.
This is an important tool in benchmarking a starting point as well as measuring progress going forward, whilst ensuring that the correct exercise regime is being followed.
